Terms of Cancellation of an Order.
You can request the cancellation of your order before we have purchased the item from our supplier. This means our managers will go to great lengths to remove the position. Please note that in some cases, despite the request to remove a position, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. Therefore, we kindly request that you do not reorder another item before the previously ordered one has not been finally removed, i. e. before the position of the item has been changed to “Cancelled by Customer”.
An order can be cancelled only in case of the following statuses:
“Order Accepted” – withdrawal of 0% of the item cost from the account;
“Ordered” – withdrawal of 20% of the item cost from the account;
“Reordered” - withdrawal of 20% of the item cost from the account.
Please note that in case of orders from remote warehouses (outside the Gulf area), an order, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
