About the time of sending orders.

Dear customers! Please note the time at which we send most orders to our dealers: from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm, and from 4 pm to 5:00 pm. In case if you would like your order processed as early as possible, please do your best to send it in the time specified above. Otherwise, your order may only be sent to our dealers in a few hours or the following day (for example, if you send an order at 6:00 pm, it may be the next day before the dealer accepts the order; therefore we highly recommend that you send evening orders before 5:00 pm).

We would like to remind you that we have a standard UAE time - UTC+4 without using a daylight saving time.
