EMS International Express Service- 3-7 days (Priority, insured shipment. For most of the countries door to door service)
International Standard Service - 10-20 days (The service is available only for the countries where we can not send goods by «EMS Express or Gulf Express»)
International Economy Service - 20-40 days (The service is available only for the countries where we can not send goods by «EMS Express or Gulf Express»)
The exact price of delivery will be known only after the order is processed and the item is ready for dispatch. The weight of the package may increase because we may have to use additional packing material to prepare it for shipping. In such a case, you will receive a notification. Note that the shipping cost may be adjusted accordingly so you may be required to make an extra payment to complete the shipping.
Your order can be shipped using this method twice a week: on Sundays and on Thursdays. Please send us your shipment requests two days ahead: on Fridays and on Tuesdays, respectively. Requests should be sent to: [email protected], from an emailing address indicated on our website.
Terms and Conditions:
All items sent by EMS are insured (free of charge) against loss or damage.
All items sent by Gulf Express, International Standard and International Economy services are partially insured under the terms of the post office.
The insurance scheme does not cover items that have been lost, damaged or delayed due to force majeure.
None of the dimensions of the parcel must exceed 1.5 meters.
The maximum length and greatest circumference must not exceed 3 meters.
Maximum weight for international deliveries is 20 kg.
In case if the weight of your shipment is more than 20 kg, we will divide it and send in separate boxes. Each box will have a separate commercial invoice.
General Terms and Conditions:
Responsibility for loss or damage of an item during shipping lies with the postal service. We kindly request that you carefully inspect the shipment for damage or defects immediate at the time the carrier delivers it or you collect it from the post office, in the presence of the delivering carrier's personnel. In case if defects or damage have been detected, please ask the postal service representatives to draw up a statement (Damage Report). To receive reimbursement from the postal service, please contact us after you have filed the claim.
Please note the following:
While making an order, please note that oils, special fluids and airbags are not allowed for air transportation. In case of packaging windshields, an additional fee is charged in the amount of USD 60 for each.
