When you are ready to make a first order, it is necessary to make an advance payment for the order and inform us about the payment (by sending an email to [email protected]) and the place of delivery of the goods.

How to Place an Order in our Online Store
Search of spare parts by part number or the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN):
Find a catalogue to select spare parts for your vehicle on the main page and follow the link. Search your car on the catalogue page and select the desired auto part. When you click on the catalogue number, you will see search results for auto spare parts. If you know the catalogue number of the desired auto part, you can use the "Search by Part Number" or "Excel Quotation" on the main page. You can also send a Vin Request for the selection of auto parts. Our managers will help you make the right choice.
How to place an order from the spare parts search results page:
Select a spare part you are interested in and click on “Add to Cart”. Once you have placed all the desired items in the shopping cart, you can submit your order. Please note that in order to purchase the item, you must click on “Make an Order” button in your basket.

How to Monitor Orders
You can monitor the detailed history and statuses of your processed orders on the My Orders page. You can find the link in the upper menu of our store.
We suggest different modes of monitoring:
1. All current ordered positions - shows all the orders which are currently in process.
2. By statuses of positions.
3. By order number - shows tracking for a particular order.
4. By part number - shows all orders for a specified spare part.
5. All - shows all orders a within specified period.
Statuses of Ordered Positions
Order accepted - the order will be sent to the dealer for processing.
In progress - the order has been sent to the dealer.
Reordered - the item has been reordered from another dealer.
Purchased - the item has been purchased and is on the way to our warehouse.
Arrived at hub - the item has been received at one of our segregation hubs.
Ready to ship - the item has been received at our main warehouse, sorted and prepared for dispatch.
Packed - the item has been packed and prepared for dispatch. You will receive all available shipping options to your destination by mail.
Shipped - the item has been shipped.
Not available - the item is currently out of stock with the selected dealer; it can be reordered with any other associated dealer on the portal.
Price changed - - the item has been canceled due to the price changed by the dealer. Actual current prices are available on the "Search Results" page. The item can be reordered.
Cancellation requested - refusal request has been received and sent to the dealer. In case if the order has not yet been processed, it will be canceled.
Canceled - the item has been canceled according to your request.
When the order has already been shipped, and the post service provides its own tracking system, statuses will be changed to "Shipped". You will receive to the authorized email, a commercial invoice and the tracking number provided by the freight-forwarder.
How to Dispatch
We are offering two shipping options;
1. Shipment On Request
The request must be submitted by email [email protected] . The request must be made at least one day before the required shipping date. Please specify the individual client number assigned to you. Ordered positions with the status "Ready to Ship" on the My Orders page can be prepared for dispatch. Then you will receive the delivery options by email.
2. Scheduled Shipment
This option will automatically start the shipping process for the items your purchase regularly, without the need to make a request each time. To create a timetable for scheduled shipment, please send your request with client's Individual number, preferable freight forwarder service (EMS International Express, International Standard, International Economy, DHL, UPS etc..), and days of weeks (Excepting Friday and Saturday) to dispatch. Ordered positions with status "Ready To Ship" on My Orders page will be prepared and dispatched.
How to Get a Discount Price level
We use a flexible discount system and your price level will depend on the volume of your purchases. If the volume of purchases is over 10 000 USD per month, we can offer you individual prices and terms of cooperation.
